The SetFocus Master’s Program was designed to address the skills urgently needed for today’s IT workforce. Our training is evaluated quarterly and blends technical training, real-world projects to deliver professionals that are productive from day one.
Proven selection process of candidates.
Candidates go through a rigorous selection process of behavioral interview, technical interview and aptitude test. Once accepted, candidates have to maintain a certain GPA to be eligible for our Career Services. Only candidates who have gone through this process are presented as candidates for your open requirements
Deep focus in specific market niches.
Because SetFocus specializes in Microsoft .NET, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Business Intelligence Tools, and SharePoint training, our candidates have a comprehensive, in-depth knowledge in the technology.
Project-based knowledge and experience.
Candidates must complete projects consisting of hundreds of hours of full life-cycle experience from implementation to deployment. This is certainly one of the most differentiating characteristics of SetFocus training - our candidates have hands-on, real-world experience.
No placement fees
Our goal is to find employment for our candidates, so we waive the typical 20-25% placement fee. There are absolutely no fees associated with hiring our candidates. Once you have made contact with our Career Services Department, you will receive resumes for your open requirements and deal directly with the candidates.
